> P800 speed dial problem

Please could someone help me, just got a p800 and all was fine untill i sent some txts, the people i sent txts to dissapeared off the speed dial pic list and it wont let me put them back on. has any one else had this problem or know how to fix it

Not quite the same problem, but I suddenly found an entry from my SIM indicated as a speed dial entry, and I had never called the person from my P800, let alone made the entry myself. Strange...

That happened to me! The contact number and picture of one person just completely disappeared from the speed dial page. And everybody else's was fine. I tried everything- editing the number,listing it as a mobile,trying different locations on the page,etc.....nothing still.

spoke 2 orange, women said it was a software fault that SE knows about but after that was no help whatsoever. Should i send phone back 4 replacement or get or wait 4 software upgrade, does anyone know when the upgrade is coming to the UK-does it cost money?
