I try to answer incoming calls from my BT Headset Jabra BT300. Sometime it works, sometime not. Why is that? The BT settings on my p800 are "automatic" (to save some energy) and "always" accept. Pairing is done. Any help? Thanks.

To get the optimal preformance from your headset you have to set your bluetooth to on.

It does work in automatic, you guys would know that if you ever bothered to RTFM.

The problem apparently is that because the reception between the P800 and the Jabra products is not so good - the phone tries to connecto the headset. It can't always do it in the split second that the phone is ringing, so it gives up and rings as if you have no BT headset at all.

I'm not sure who'se at fault - Jabra or the P800, but it's an annoying problem and also occurs sometimes when you have BT set to always-ON.

I've just got my phone back from the upgrade (R2F) and I still have loads of problems with my Motorola headset. When I try to answer calls the headset get the call for a split second then looses it. After that the only way to recover any comms is to reconnect the headset to its charger for 5 secs.

Is anyone sucessfully using a P800 with a BT headset and if so which models?

Graeme

(BT is set to On... I haven't even bothered with Auto as that never worked properly on my T68)
