Are SE copycats towards Nokia or what.
The power button is identical to the Nokia phones.

I`m a SE lover but just wondering!!!

Dumb if you ask me. Holding the Yes key was and still is a much better idea than having a separate power button. The big design fault of the T610i is the dumb Nokia style soft keys which i cant stand. Bring back Yes and No

Well, I don't see a problem with the Power button, or the Soft-Key buttons.

Firstly, the Power Button stops me accidently switching off my phone. I know that for the T68i; holding (No) will exit the Menu, back to the phone desktop. But if you type in a number, then hold (No) to exit, the phone switches off. It's only a problem for me 'cause I keep on doing it

Also, the soft keys are almost always (Yes) and (No). They only change for functions like the camera. That way, the phone can say "Capture" instead of "Press Yes to Capture". Simple

According to the local se people here, the reason for the design is to try to capture some of the Nokia users market. Their surveys have shown that a big reason why nokia users are reluctant to switch is due to being unfamiliar with se phones' interface and overall design.
