Are you being sarcastic?

If not then I would really love to know what you have done to get to that with them?

My girlfriend has been with them now for 11 months. She has never been able to view her bill online. They have told us countless times that there is no problem with their service, that it must be my connection. yet we have boh tried from work, where I have everything they said I needed, she has tried from work, again everything required is there.

No matter what they wont take responsibility. The website says that you can get online support 24 hours a day, yet we have sometimes had to wait three weeks for a response from them.

They have repeatedly given 0870 numbers for customer services yet these are just recorded messages cost 10p per minute, telling us to actually use the website for support or call the 0906 number at 50p per minute.

They are crap. They treat customers like crap. They know as much about their services as I do about brain surgery. Which is nothing.!

If I could give anyone a single piece of advice, it would be this. Avoid o2 like a whole in the head.

Try reregistering on www.accountmanagement.o2.co.uk - works for me and I'm not an online member.

I've got to this stage with o2 because I've been with them since it was Cellnet and worked for them for about 2 years now and I honestly, hand on heart, do not believe there is a better network.

We have more cross-network minutes available than any other network, we have cheaper minimum call rates and other things.

The first post also was put there containing something else that I was going to share with everyone here but I decided to retract it and replace it with my comment.

I have an Orange EveryDay 50(50 free off-peak voice+wap mins everyday)and the Access pack(10mb=£4 a month) The above comes to £19.50 a month, with free calls to customer service can anyone match this? The only downside is 35p+40p a min peak calls! I did have a talk 60(£9 a month)on line 2 but got rid, did'nt use it much. This message was posted from a T68i

Orange are the best and thats an end of it I have been with all networks at one time or another and Orange are the only ones that actually care about customers needs and problems and will do anything to sort it out. I know people on here will have had bad experiences of Orange and would never use them again but that is why there are four main networks not including all the others that rent air time of others but my experience with Orange has been one of total satisfaction as any problem is always sorted out promptly and without question free customer services and Orange care has to be the best part of Orange those who had a 7110 will know what I mean about Orange care as I had 6 in all and to call customer services at % o'clock at night with a fault have it diagnoesed over the phone and a new one in my hand by 10 O'clock the next morning is a service I can not fault.

There she goes again she just has to keep on with this. She is like terrier and gets hold of something and will not leave go. Look jellyellie run off back to school and see if a teacher can give you a lesson in manners. People here are only trying to help others get answers to their questions, so run off and play with your friends that is if you have any left after insulting them all.

I must admit, after I read Volvoman's post I was gasping for breath...

And lazarini, yes, that was much better. However the content and point of your post was still lost on me.
