> Remote Unlocking problem with T68i
Bookmark topic
Hi, i am new to this forum, can anyone please tell me if they have experienced the same that i have in remote unlocking a Sony Ericsson T68i locked to AT&T GSM.
I purchased one log and downloaded the logger. Every single time I start it, it goes on until "initiating boot" then closes the connection. I have tried ths on 5 different computers. If my cable is defective, than wouldnt that mean that it wouldnt start after 'power on phone'? I doubt it is that. Also, I have used both virtualdynamix and logosunlimited. So I have two separate passwords and user id, but no luck in unlocking my T68i. I want to use my phone with T-mobile.
If anyone has a solution or something please let me know.
Thanks

Why not try asking AT&T to unlock your phone. They just might give you the code to do it. Just don't tell them you're moving to T-Mobile. T-Mobile gives unlock codes of their own phones as long as you give them a valid reason. Or maybe you can ask T-Mobile to help you.

Are you sure you have you entered the correct password and username then?

Yes, I am sure i used the correct user name and password because it goes on after verifying the two. I will ask AT&T to help but i doubt they will since no one has had any luck in that department. And I know Tmobile can't/won't help me because they responded to me with this email............
Offline SIM Unlock Department
AT&T phone
Thank you for contacting the T-Mobile SIM Unlock Department. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide unlock codes for phones purchased from AT&T. AT&T has informed us that they do not unlock their phones. At this time, we do not have access to the unlock codes nor a contact for SIM unlock requests from their company. Please refer your unlock requests for this equipment directly to AT&T.
If you have any further comments, questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us anytime.
Sincerely,
