I've trawled the forums now, and whatever I try does not seem to work. I'm trying to get my T69 to synch with Outlook 2000. I'm running Win98.
The IR picks up my phone fine (says T68 in status), but the software from the Sony Ericsson website can't find the phone or complains about the SIM card. I've even tried this on an XP laptop and get the same. Now a friend suggested that maybe the software does not support the older firmware on the phone as he had no problems with his first version of the T68. Mine is quite old, and maybe I need to get an older version of the software.
Can anyone suggest anything?
