It takes me about 30 minutes to do a phone memory only (approx 8MB)backup. This seems far to long for me, so was wondering how long it takes everyone else. Also copying a 2MB MP3 to the memory stick (whilst in the phone) takes at least 3 mins. Do you think my USB connection might be set up incorrectly.

Just taken me 45mins to backup 10mb. That was with the cradle connected straight into the PC (i.e. bypassing my USB hub which I thought could slow things down).

It takes me about 3-5 minutes to backup 7MB from main memory. I use an old IBM Thinkpad 300MHz laptop and connect with the cradle using the default baud rate etc. settings (I've never changed them).

5mins 12 secs to backup my almost full 10mb internal.. just timed it coz im sad like that
