1)
Objective: Making the connection more tight

Put some isolating rubber (from the isolation on any copper-cable) into the room in the two outer male click-plugs. I read the guide on http://eatfish.dk/t68/guide_mp3.html but I didn't need any glue. Also, this would definitely break the Danish standard two-years warranty.

Personally I used the spare isolation from my cut-into-pieces Sennheiser microjack -> minijack, as I had to solder a microjack plug instead of the minijack to make it support my HPM-10 mp3-player

2)
Objective: Preventing the loss of the connection while the acssessory is "pushed too long into the phone"

Cut out a rectangular piece of plastic. It should fit like a ~2.5mm border around the connections (approx outer measures: 9mm*25mm and inner measures 4mm*20mm).

I used the corner of a .2mm thick transparent OHP-foil (over head projector) and cut it out with a hobby knife.

Hey all

Remember that if you still have warranty on your "click-on device" and it becomes loose then take it to your local SE service point/center and they will swap it to a new one...

The guide I made was done on a mp3 player that is way out of the warranty period....
