I have had my T68i now for a while and the one thing that extremley pisses me off with it is how slow it is (ie having to wait for your inbox to open or for it to exit something). For this reason I dont really like it. I like the look of the T610 but does anyone know if the software is going to be mind numbingly slow in which case I shall not bother with it. Another Q with it, does it have an infrared thingy so photos can be taken in the dark?

I will prob go back to Nokia (7250) if SE have produced another phone which is about as quick as turtle

First things first, are now working on a clipon flash that will allow good nighttime pictures.

As for your phone being slow, there are myriad tips scattered around the Esato archives for speeding it up - things like making sure you don't store many messages on your sim, etc etc. Try searching for those.

I don't know how the t610 is going to work in that area tho.

I hope its fast and I hope that the camera isn't as bad as the mca 20 (thank god I didn't pay for it). The slightest darkness and the pictures look virtually black.

Stick the clip-on flash onto your birthday/christmas/any-other-occasion list then

I have to admit the flash is a great idea (although prob will be prone to problems) And may swing it for me in gettin this phone. Hopefully it won't even feel like an attachment like the mca20 which looks chunky and feels like it'll break when u drop ur phone.

Ive never heard of infrared thingy on any mobile to... take photos in the dark. Its not spy equipment, as mca-20 is not 6 megapixel Nikon and dont expect it to be. Ive seen multiple tests, and no nokia phone takes better pics than mca20 or 25 This message was posted from a T68i
