You use them to transfer files from one computer to the other or phone or whatever.
To transfer a file with sendfile or to control you computer using PC control just connect serial port one and the computer should tell you what virtual COM port it is using and then you just tell the program (sendfile, PC control etc) which COM port the PC told you to use and transfer files or amaze your mates moving the mouse and controlling winamp etc with PC control (assuming you have a T68i or other SE BT phone
