But i can install files.
I think that i might be lacking a program on my computer to transfer the files. But i have installed the full PC Suite.

Use a memory stick reader...then just drag the MP3 files to the "audio" folder. This is so much faster, I filled up my 128mb DUO with MP3s in no time at all.
