> How to change t300 screen quality
Bookmark topic
i read some where ( on this site) that the t300's screen can be adjusted other than the contrast? The reason i ask is that background pics look worse on the t300 than they did on my t68i. I know they have the same 256 color display but they look real blocky on the t300 for some reason. can any 1 help?
thank you

In the service menu you can adjust the contrast to 10 -/+ rather than the 5 in the normal menu but that's all I've seen to adjust the screen.

thanx i found another post just now saying that. I guess 256 colors just doesnt cut it. I used to have a 7210(4k colors), and a samsung s105(64k colors). both of them had better quality background pics. is there any way to edit the pictures to not have as many colors so they would look better?

There have been very few pics I haven't found that if I take into photoshop that I can't almost cut in half in size by reducing the image quality. Sure they look bad on a 16million color monitor but on the small 256 color screen they look fine plus save a lot of memory. Every theme I've also taken and cut nearly in half.

Sorry I can't help you on that one as I have aT300 not a t68, but there's a whole thread about how people can't save pics from the esato wap site here in the states...
