shipping to phillipines is only $8 for 4-6 day service via United States postal. I'm not making money selling these cards, i can get them from my university store for 73.50 after tax so i wanted to help people out if this was cheap for the card. Mailing to the phillipines or manila is just kind of a hassle if it ever got lost or something. Also their distributer doesn't have these in stock yet when they do i can order a bunch if there are poeple who want to send me money for them. But if you really want you can paypal me extra money to make it worth my time and i will gladly get you one and send it outside the united states.

im in mass, i cant do cod as id need to pay for the card in advance. But they aren't avalible yet anyway, can everyone who wants one possiblly e-mail me and when they are avaible from their distributer ill let everyone who is interested know.
