Argh.
I've gone from being a t68i expert to a t300 n00b :-/
How do I change the covers? I've got the manual but its at home and I'm at work.
I can pull the top section slightly out but if I try to pull it all the way out I hear an ominous creaking noise so I put it back in.
How does the bottom come out?

I got ya there bro....
I had the same creaks n cracks, but you just click that button on top, making sure that button is no longer attached to the case hole, then firmly grab about a fingers width down below the volume button and IR and just strongly but easy pull it apart, even a wish-wash pull would help, but once you do it, it will always be easier.
Dont worry, if i didnt break it, you wont.

Try to slide a nail between the front and back cover.
It's really easy when done right

@jalu i posted asking how to do it too

exactly the same thing happened to me; i thought it'd break
just push the button so it's out of the hole and put your fingers about 2/3 of the way down the screen at the side and pull the cover

Cheers guys - I took it off today using more bravery than I thought I had!
I could just visualise this loud CRACK and see my case in two, but it was fine

I'm all ready for my lime green cover now!
Has anyone else got a really unresponsive zero key? The rest of the buttons tend to move in a lot but the zero doesn't all that much. It still works but not as much as the others.

The only place I've managed to find some is from

, however as is documented elsewhere I'm still awaiting confirmation, a week later.
God knows when it will be posted. Just wait until Tuesday, I'm gonna open up

SE's UK site sells the IST-21 fascias for £17.94, but try
www.freedommobiles.co.uk, a Glasgow-based firm. They stock Mystical Green, Fresh Lime, Spicy Orange, Fashion Purple and Cool Blue (not to be confused with Icy Blue - the powder blue one) at £14.99 inc. VAT and delivery, which is by 1st class Royal Mail for things like accessories. I ordered Cool Blue which arrived promptly and effectively-packaged, although I did have to wait a day or two for stock to be replenished. Another advantage of using this firm is that popular colours are never in stock at SE, and you only seem to be able to select those that currently are. For instance, at the time of writing, only Spicy Orange and Fresh Lime can be ordered.
