hi! I've read that most of the T300 users have been having problems regarding their junk(or the pre-defined items) in their t300. Well those so-called junk can all be deleted! I hope that's good news! just go to settings, then master reset, then reset all. After u've chosen the reset all option u need to enter the security lock and after u've entered it, count 12 seconds then without turning your phone off, remove the back cover of your phone so that the battery will also go out of place turning the phone off. When you turn on ur phone, ull see that it's all gone! Happy deleting!

its practically useless...u just get 100+ kb more. i regret doing that 12.5s trick. cos it 'ate' up my memory. i have just 11 pictures, three themes 5 ringtones and 5 games...and i have just 70kb left! i'd rather have those junk.
