I talked to SE service center to a guy I know who is eligible to say something about it and he says that if the performance goes down when you turn it off and on again then it is a defect and it must be brought to the service center.
Software upgrade might do it he says but if not then device must be replaced!
When you see the part only where the battery indicator is turn black when you turn the phone on before the standby screen comes on then it is a software problem and bring it to the service center!
I thought you might want to know!

Does that concern the problem that the battery drops by about 10% everytime the phone is turned off and on again? if so, I'd run to the next shop and exchange that thing... keep having troubles with those e///

I have had quite a few T68 phones that do this, but they don't do it all the time...
What can make this a SW problem?

f**k Ericsson.
ARG.
Thanks for telling me this. As a matter a fact I have this problem.
When I turn the phone on and off, I loose some batterycapacity. VERY much everytime I turn it on and off. And I don't like it.
And yes. When I turn the phone ON, the place where the battery is supposed to be is black or whatever it is. So, this is a software problem? Not a hardware? PLease tell me what to do and give me some more information please.
By the way. What is defect? The battery or the nice phone?

@Ally, I can confirm what you said. The "black battery indicator" was solved by a firmware upgrade to R2B. However, my phone is brand new now, as it was replaced recently.

The batteries performance doesn't actually go down but the meter just reads lower than it should. Sometimes the phone will say that it has 0minutes remaining stanby time for over an hour
