> T39 microphone wiring

I just changed my housing on my T39 and I have a small problem.
I have wired the microphone in the clap now - first I tested it without any housing, and it seemed to work fine on a phone I was calling. Now with the housing on it seems to be switched wrong in a way. I hear my own voice in the T39 and not in the other phone, which I am calling to. Do you have suggestion how it could to be?
