Ok I'm a bit confused on the billing, rather what the charges are if you go over...
We're currently on The Family Plan with two of our phones on T-Zones Pro (9.99) 10mb option added.
Now according to the site I see conflicting info. It says Overage/MB (per minute) $0.35 which to me implies that each mb over my plan would only be $0.35. However I could have sworn I read somewhere that overage was billed as $10/mb. Now when I spoke to a CS I was told that it was normally billed as minutes for the time you were connected, I guess meaning the actually connectivity, which seems to contradict everything. So which is it?

You know that's kind of messed up for them to charge more for overage if you have a higher plan than if you have a lower one.

T-Zones has just gotten more confusing -- or is it really cheaper now? Today I was informed that overage for T-zones has been reduced to $3/Mb. T-zones Pro is $1/Mb. Problem is, it is hard to get a straight answer from customer care. They swear the new rate just went into effect, right after I went over by .07Mb ($0.70).
