> calling card problems "tones failed"

I set up the calling card, found the phone #, held the send button and it called the calling card phone #. when it tried to send the calling card PIN number the t68i had "tones failed". i tried to add some pauses at the end of the calling card phone number but it didn't help. any suggestions?
