Hey, I really need help with this one....

I tried to set up my P800 as a modem for my laptop via bluetooth connection. I used the setup assistant, but after the first window it tells me that there is no phone connected to the laptop, this is not the case because I synchronized my data a few seconds before via the bluetooth connection, so there has to be an established connection. Also the monitor shows a connection on Com5.

So, does anybody know how I can set up the modem connection manually? What are the settings I need to use? Please help!

any help on this. i have exactly the same problem with my toshiba tablet pc...

the wizard from sony ericsson doesn't work at all, but if only i could create a bluetooth modem... "phone and modem options" doesn't detect it and although it shows "sony ericsosn p800 bluetooth modem" in select drivers list, the "add in this com port" list in the next step appears blank and i can't continue the wizard.

it is a "pity" that the thing works perfectly over infrared...
