> T68i connection to PC

I'm sure this has been hashed over many times but I couldnt find my scenario using the search function.
I have connected to the PC before but when I went to transfer an image to the T68i today, it cant find it.
I went into the control panel > phone monitor options, everything looks dandy. COM 1 is reserved and enabled.
I really dont know what to do. Usually I just use send file to send the image and it works fine.
Customer Support really isnt a help at all, they seem really short and want to help.
Sorry if this has been asked before.
