Today something very bad happened to my t68i. Half the joystick button fell off!
There has been a small crack for about 3 weeks now, and i haven't even dropped it.. Im sure this must have been a fabrication fault.
Also, when writing text messages, the battery seems kinda loose (it has been this way almost all the time since i got my phone about 3 months ago). Is this normal?
Do you think this (or these) things will be covered by the warranty? Of course, i can't prove that i haven't dropped, throwed, kicked, etc. the phone..

possibly.. take it back to where u got it from and tell them what has happened.. the battery thing should be if it is causing a problem.

i had a few days ago a costumer in my mobil shop. he showed me the same.. I don't hope that is a new production fail.
