izzit possible to change the internal screen of the t300? (ie. not the one on the clip-on cover) mine got a little scratched while i was cleaning it... -_-"

If you mean the LCD Screen, then yeah it should be possible. You would need to take it to your nearest SonyEricsson Service Centre. And they will be able to change the screen for you.
Or if you want to do it yourself and have the correct screwdrivers then go on Ebay, you should be able to find a LCD screen for cheap.
