I heard alot about new firmware R2A or R2D... from many people! But I don't know how to get them! Could anyone please send it to me by email? (plv@hcmc.netnam.vn)

I phone system is CXC162002 R1B and my CDA is R1B02. Is it the latest firmware? I have compared the color of the picture b/w P800 and Nokia 7650; the color of the second one is better, it is more colorful even they are both 4,096 colors. What's is the prombem?

One more thing, the zoom out/in functions in P800 is not so comfortable as the Nokia7650! And it is good when viewing the picture in zoom out size with 7650! It makes me very sad for my P800!

Hey,

You need to go to a service point to get it upgraded. Not possible to do it yourself...

as was pointed out you need to go to a se service center for the r2d upgrade.as for your photo zoom capability, gave u tried downloading the full screen video utility? that should do until u get the firmware upgrade that supports this natively. This message was posted from a P800
