Sorry guys, I'm confused. Which is the newest firmware? I was att SE service point 2 days ago, and they told me it was R2A? But you are talking about R2D? Which one is it?

No, its R2A.

But it upgrades the PHONE software to R2D.

hence the confusion.

So where can you see your Firmware version as opposed to the Phone or PDA version?

I can only see versions for Phone/Organiser/Bluetooth/CDA under System Information and PDA/Phone/Bluetooth/CDA under the Service Information. Is one of these the Firmware?

Hi,

I have the following versions:

Phone R1D
Bluetooth R2C
Organiser R1G05
CDA R2A04

Do I have the lastest version and/or should I upgrade? If yes, can I do it via Internet.

Thanks.

You have to go to a service point to get the upgrade ;-(

Where can I find out where my nearest SE service point is? Is it true that the upgrade is also free if you provide proof of purchase?
