Hi,
can any one give me any help on why the MCA-25 wont work on my phone (R2F004) i was told it is a T68i not T68
does my phone need a SW UPGRADE

If the fones new and you done got the papers on it it mostly's free of charges.For me it is here in Sweden.

matt: if ur fone is still within warranty (i.e u bought it less than a yr ago) and u still have ur paperwork the sw upgrade if free. not all cpw's do them tho check out SE's site to find out the servicepoints or call them on 08705237237
