Hi I have tried so many times to backup my phone. I just got it this week so I don't have that many things on it. But anytime I try to back it up it just freezes about halfway through. People here it says it takes 3-4 mins. Well i let it sit for 20mins and it's still in the same position. Anyone have this problem and know how to fix it? I have the R1D firmware. Will updating it to R2D have any effect?

always works with me, try uninstalling the suite then installing it again
