> t300 to PC (winXP) problem??

I use seral cable for t68 which can use for my t300. I have install phone monitor on winXP but phone is not recognized!? Please, can anybody tell me what is a problem and tell me what I need to do?

I am having the same problem. I installed every software there is including sendfile and Mypictures but these programms just wont recognize my T300. ANY HELP????
