Hi Guys,

I guess this has been asked before, apologies if it has!

I purchased my P800 last week, and so far am very happy with it. However, today I experienced something strange, which hasn't happened before. I charged the phone for ~8 hours last night, confirmed by a full battery meter this morning. By around 11am 50% of the battery was used - upto this point I hadn't taken any calls. So I turned off the screen saver. BT, IRDA was also switched off. By the time I got home (3pm) the battery had 6% remaining!! Yet again, no calls, no GPRS, basically no phone use!!

I am just charging it up again. Over the past few days, with fairly constant use of the phone, cam etc the battery has lasted well enough to still have roughly 30% remaining by the end of the day, so it's very strange!

Hope you guys can shed some light on this!! thanks in advance,

cK

So,,, What is your questio??

If you wana ask is bettery discharge in day ... Thent yes.
P800 eat energy. Bettery will less for a day with fare use. My is same is yours around 30-20 by end of day.

If you wander what hapend in first day anser is.... Bettery tipe that in P800 can take full charge in one time. Basicaly for a week you bettery will be keping more and more energy. After around 3-4 charge your bettery will have 100% potential. Basicalu for a first week or so you will be expirincing increasing battery life.

Is it wat you wanted to know??

And also.... Congrats. P800 ruleeeee GSM world

I installed quicklaunch yesterday - possibly the culprit?

I realised that the phone would use quite a bit of battery in relation to usage, but with todays issue, there was no usage!!! Anyway, i've uninstalled quicklaunch so I will monitor it!

Thanks!
