I need to get the software updated on my P800, but I can't find a location listing anywhere on the sonyericsson site. Anyone know where the list is?

no that's not entirely correct, SE do update the firmware on P800, but maybe they don't have a service point in the US that does it (altho i'm sure i've heard of at least one SE service centre in the US). Phone them again and just ask them where the nearest service centre is, then phone the service centre and ask them, if the sc doesn't know about the update tell them to check with SE as there is definitely an update they can get hold of
