> phone connection link not detecting p800

i have installed pc suite 1.4.2 and all installed fine on win xp pro sp1.
i have tried to install software on the phone and backup the phone however, the software cannot find the phone.
i have tried this with tdk bluetooth, usb cradle and ir port, they all report connected in the link properties and the taskbar icon changes to connected, however, when i go to change phone, no phone appears....
help me!

I had this problem.
Try doing a reinstall, see if you can detect the cradle as a new USB device, also make sure that you have the Phone Connection Properties set to USB.
Also check in the phone you have it set to cable.
I ended up taking mine back and it has been sent away to get fixed.
