Can anyone help me?? I need to know how to download music and video files to my P800 step by step.

Read the manual... all the steps are listed there.

In short:

On a PC:
1. Download the clips.
2. Put your P800 in the cradle
3. Transfer the videos.

Via GPRS:
1. Browse to the site with the videos.
2. Download them.
