It takes about 2 hours depends on how many people over there. The phone number for the Causeway Bay service center is 28818511. Someone said that there is no R2D upgrade @ MongKok service center.

karhung,
thanks, I will upgrade asap....
did you find any bugs on the new firmware already?
do I have to bring my receipt?
No need to pay?
Is it a SonyEricsson service center or a provider service centre?
many thanks...

I called Sony Ericsson today in Hong Kong and they confirmed they had R2A. But when I went to the service centre, they said that no upgrade was available. I called back customer service, and was told there was no upgrade! Somehow they've suspended flashing of P800's. What a waste of time.
They say they need a few more days to "test the software" and that it is not yet "formally launched". Totally bizarre that some people could already flash their phone and then some cannot.
Did you guys already flash your phone to R2A?
Thx
