Hi all,
I'm currently trying to use the remote sync software that comes pre-installed with the p800.
Everytime i click sync i get the following error:
Program closed
Program Remote Sync
Reason Code E32USER-CBase
Reason Number 21
The settings are currently for the
MightyPhone system. But changing them makes no difference, moreover it's not even getting as far as the MightyPhone system to have a problem ...
Any ideas / updates anyone?

Notebook (presario 1400) won't detect/reconize the sync station.I'm running on win ME. I tried clicking the 'Add New Hardware' ... it says (question mark) ? USB device. The device status message says 'The drivers for this device are not installed (Code 28). To reinstall the drivers for this device. click reinstall’. I reinstall it again but still no hope. I also did disable my mcafee virus scan. I did everything and still get the same result. I even tried downloading the new PC Suite 1.4.2 Version …. It’s still not working …. Is there something I should do? Help!
