Palm Tungsten W needs a wired headset to make and receive calls... and runs a 66MHz CPU (yup, the old one), runs Palm OS, 16-bit screen

P800 has a 156MHz CPU, runs Symbian OS7 w/ UIQ, 12-bit screen

If you are a long time Palm user... you might be better off with the T-W. But if this is your first PDA, or hybrid, the P800 is a better choice for me.

@jplacson, think ur a satisfied P800 user. you're right i think palm forgot to put better processor... i just like the 16 bit screen, nothing more... and no blue tooth...

Yes I am... it does have it shortcomings... but over-all, I'm very happy with the P800. Now if will just move their butts on the video recording app...

Just a note, R2D may NOT be the ultimate update yet... but it did a lot to make my P800 experience a lot better. Call quality is a lot better, as are the photos (but I do have that funny vertical line under really low light conditions), but photos are a lot clearer (I think they sped up the shutter), speaker phone is a lot better now, as is the BT & voice dialling reliability. I'd say the voice control and BT are about as good as the T68i's now, and the speakerphone is a lot better than the R520 (which was very good already)

I love my Tungsten T so i was expecting the W to be something similiar, but apparently palm thinks that the addition of a phone and a built in keyboard is worth sacrificing processor power and bluetooth. And what's with the Tungsten C , heard it has 802.11 or wifi but again no bluetooth among other things. Think palm is doing a nokia by implementing their technology peacemeal to keep their customers hanging. The p800 is the perfect phone PDA combo but i'm still happy with my TT paired to my t68i. Oh the Palm TT is another story all together!!! That and the T68i (or even the Nokia 8910 Titanium, to match the 'pop-up' feature on the TT)

My top 2 choices for PDAs are:
1) Sony Clie NZ90 (I would've made the NX70 2nd but it has no BT)
2) Palm TT
