ko, i have been trying to get my phone to connect to my pc. But the only software i can get to work with it is fone data suite.... i have downloaded the mobile phone monitor and send file, but it wont detect my phone. i am running windows XP and the cable is USB. can anyone help!!???

make sure the COM port corresponding to your USB cable is "enabled" under Phone Monitor Options in Control Panel.

phone monitor and such sw doesn't work on the T300. The best thing for getting anything to the T300 is an USB IR adapter. They're cheap and simply activting the ir port on the phone and putting it in range allows the pc to detect it. No sw or anything fancy needed. IT couldn't be easier.

Funny my T300 works fine with the OEM USB cable, serial cable, and of course IR. But obviously IR is the easiest.
