Maybe I'm overlooking the obvious, but for the life of me right now I can't figure out how to delete a theme I sent to the phone without doing a reset of the phone. Is there another way to do this? Thanks

If you have sent the theme to the phone there should be no problems about deleting it, just mark it and press the C-button.
