most Pocket PC's are 300 or 400MHz Xscale or 206 MHz Strongarm. Palm's are 33 and 66 MHz DragonBalls and the Tungsten T Uses a Texas Instruments ARM-based OMAP1510 @174 Mhz. The Xscale actually runs slower than a 206Mhz strongarm.

the processor is capable is running at 200 MHz, but SE took it down to 156 as running it at 200 gave it a battery life of about 5 minutes
