Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere but couldnt find anything after a quick search...

My phone has been working fine until yesterday when the following happened. (1) I decided to start using the phone flip free (2) I left the phone on charge overnight. The next morning there was a flashing Exclamation mark & a P800 image showing the power button & a click indicating 10 (mins?) on the screen . I couldnt power off so had to remove battery for 10 mins when it restarted my apps all flashed up the dissapeared & were available under no folder type. So I turned it off again & my apps reappeared & all seemed well then the exclamation mark appeared again & once again my apps dissapeared after rebooting the phone. The Phone is UK Orange version R1D, Bluetooth R2C. Any help would be appreciated.

it means u have to hold the power button for ten seconds.... then power it on again... no need to remove anything.... after that everything should work fine
