Is bluetooth affected by any other frequencies?
I am asking cause I am getting intermittant problems (such as cant find

device) and was wondering if there is some other device emitting a frequency that might make the

unstable.

well, yes & no... like ALL radio based devices, the more crowded the frequency, the poorer the performance.
Bluetooth was designed with a lot of noise in mind, thus it can operate fairly decently under very trying conditions.
Some microwaves, 2.4Ghz digital cordless phones, and WiFi could interfere...but unless the devices are in use, it shouldn't be a problem.
If there are no such devices within range... then its most likely a software problem.
Just a note though... WiFi would pose as BTs biggest threat, but in real-world testing... BT networks successfully ignore WiFi... but not the other way around. Seems WiFi networks drop completely when a BT transmission is within the area.
