I was on orange but then ported my number to o2 but there are many problems! When an orange user sends me an mms message it only comes in the form of a text message telling me to go to thier website! but when another o2 user or any other user apart from orange sends me an mms message my phone (p800) downloads it successfully!
(all settings are activated by the way)
After about 20 call an o2 data support guy said there are problems in porting numbers over and this is an orange problem which only orange can sort out! But orange told me its an o2 problem so!!
So i don't have a clue what to do???!!!!!!
Does anyone else have this problem when porting their number from orange to o2????
