I just get my T300 flash to R1G but I am furious with it.

Previously, everything in my phone can be deleted accept Erix game, polyphonic tune and background picture.

now.....all the theme, MMS template, games (3 in total) are locked as well!!!! Worst, he didn't install 2 of the game probably till it is unplayable....just beaming those thing thru infar-red port also can't do well.

No wonder SE cannot make it big in my town, they only have one centre in my town and this idiots never go to office on time...everytime I call, the clerk told me they will only come at 10 but always its 11 and most probably
they won't work late. So angry now coz I just lost 120Kb memory due to their carelessness.

BUT I realised, the technician firmware upgrd software can lock those item as predefined and most probably they can unlock them coz minigolf wasn't lock when I bought my phone but it is lock now.

I master reset my phone before i sent to the centre and the game never come back and this show my assumption is true

So if any of you know a good SC who is willing to clear everything for you, then good news.

Do a master reset, count 12 seconds after cou entered your code and pressed yes, on the 13th second you remove your battery, and... gone is EVERYTHING! all the predefined shit is GONE, just like the rest of your pictures and stuff

i know tht method

but the safest is still go back to your local SC ask them to do it for you using the flashing equipment they have.

I have to admit I am always clumsy and might mess things up

Its not up to service center to lock or unlock removing of predefined items. Its firmware version dependent, technicians can't manipulate in firmware, especially in authorized services.

How come for my T68i the 13 sec thingy doesn't work the themes is still there and even worse the pictures are back my stuff are all gone only. Is it because my software version is R7A? Can help????

Ok it works, but preinstaled are only invisible. It's good to send your favourite themes etc. Via mms to yourself and use another sim. This message was posted from a T68i

R1G predefined game is Alien Scum and Minigolf?! I have Alien Scum coz the respond is so slow!!! and now everytime I click on the game, guess what the phone tell me " Wrong file name!!"

This makes me very furious.....MKT you should just ignore me hehe so I can continue dreaming about getting a software fix next week....now my heart is shattered

Only way for me now is to hope for R1H, if they can fix the problem.

Sorry c96sthl! Don't know if those games are predefined in your SW version, cause i don't use t300. I just know, that service centers are not allowed to make any changes in firmware. Imagine what would happend then?? Maybe something went wrong with ur upgrade? However i've read in some other post, that in newer SW versions games are not removed after master reset (and imho, its good. I would get pissed if i had to reset my phone and loose all games i had to pay for). Anyway, you should be able to remove them manually...
