It is indeed very similar to Christersson's PC Control utility, but it seems to be a bit more stable... PC Control always dropped my connection after an undetermined amount of time... this one seems to maintain the connection.

I still prefer FloAt's Mobile Agent, as it allows me to program VB Script to have more control various applications on my PC, but occasionally I need just a basic utility that lets me control the mouse... this software from baracoda seems to really do the trick.
