this application looks just bloody awesome, a replacement for Handy Day and Active Desk? i think so..
edit:
Tracker is now available for download (15 day trial) and purchase, and i've played around with it a little bit.. VERY good application indeed, you can beam files throu bluetooth with Tracker's FileMan(ager) - simply the best filemanager for the P800 i've tested, also the best Task Manager.. overall a VERY good application.. only thing i miss is the task/calendar view - but this is planned for future updates (which according to posts on my-symbian.com is already in the making)..

This looks like one great app !! I've never been a great fan of Handy Day and Active Desk because I dont use the calendar features of them, and Tracker gives easy access to all the stuff it need.
I REALLY like the lock function. soo much easier to get the phone unlocked quickly !!
Cant wait for future versions!

Sorry to be the voice of negativity but, while alot of the ideas in this app are good, Handy Day still wins out for me, due to the fact that it really co-ordinates everything I need perfectly with no fuss.
It could take from Tracker two things, though:
1. The TaskMan and FileMan functions (very useful, better management than Handy Day itself)
2. The fact that it doesn't drain the battery life so quickly!
I don't find it easy enough in Tracker to find the app I want, and what if 3 of my favourite apps don't have icons? Am I supposed to remember their position in a 49-square grid?

Go to the threads regarding Tracker on my-symbian.com:
http://my-symbian.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6237
There the SymbianWare/Tracker developers are taking suggestions and such from the users, and you can also read about what might be coming in tracker in a few weeks time (Today View, remove gridlines, PocketPC like today view maybe, configurable today view with plugins, and much more).. write what you want them to include/not include, then maybe we'll have a very very nice app very soon, that has it "all" for very reasonable price (14.95 euro compared to Handy Day's $45.99usd, which i think is just too expensive).

Indeed, the 1.01 update was launched less than 24hrs after the 1.00 version was launched, and here are the complete list of changes/addons/fixes to 1.01:
Added in version 1.01:
- Problem with running java apps from Tracker's Desk view is fixed.
- Now you can activate/deactivate Infrared and bluetooth very fast from Tracker. These commands were added to the right menu (where you switch between Tracker's views) in shortcuts submenu.
- If device is locked and some application gets the focus over the lock screen (e.g. phone call) it automatically unlocks. But please note that original screen saver will automaticaly unlock the device when it's activated. So it will be better to turn off the original screen saver if you want to use Tracker's lock screen (that works the same as the original screen saver and you can set up the timeout for it to appear automatically)
- Unlock button in Lock screen will appear in the corner now (not in the center of the screen as before)
- 'Show gridlines on Desk' option was added.
- 'Single click style actions' now supported (optionally) If selected then an action is performed with a single press on item (in TaskMan and FileMan). If you want only to highlight an item you should press on its icon. If this option is not set then the action is performed if you click on already selected item only otherwise this click will deselect the item. If the item was not selected it becomes highlighted.
- In lock mode Power button is locked as well now
- Hidden and some special applications (like beamer) are now excluded from cycling back to previous application.
- FileMan: while Copy/move files from ROM drives dialog's look is fixed
- FileMan: when deleting some selected entries, it shows now the total number of items to be deleted in delete query.
------
I have to say that this is very impressive, within less than 24hrs!! Hands up for SymbianWare and their excellent customer support and for really listening to their customers!
Theirs also some talk about a PocketPC-like "today view", which will incorporate plugins and loads of customization options.. sounds very segzy
