For over a month now i've been suffering from Globe's network. I'm on prepaid, i regularly use my GPRS as well as my SMS. My SMS (regular text) has been deactivated one time, i tried callin 211 for assistance and they advised me to monitor for 24-48 hours for it to be re-activated. I could even make voice calls though and I have never reached an CHECK OPERATOR SEVICE prompt! Here's the odd thing, everytime i reload...I get my SMS and GPRS revived. A dozen of texts and i loose my SMS again???

These has been happening for a month now....i got my sim upgraded to it's hi-mem thinkin it solve my prob. Still it dint work.

Anyone out there who could possibly give a hand? or oddly suffers from this prob!?

Funny thing is . . . i maintain my prepaid balance of 1K php... I do hope, someone with connection with Globe gets to see the picture.

It happend to me twice already that when u reach zero balance,ur gprs gets to be deactivated.Even if u reload, the sms will be reactivatd but not the gprs and i waited for 3 months to have it.The only consolation is that their surfing is still free using APN www.What i did to have a gprs signal is to buy a new hi memry simpak. Rule of thumb:maintain a php1 balance. This message was posted from a T200

same here guys whe i tried the globe auto config, the mms stops at 94% and then displays an error message. good thing free pa wap/gprs ng globe kaya nag nowmms na lang ako. and do check out the mms request thread if you want to confirm if nowmms is blocked.

The nowmms message server still works, its the nowmms gateway that was blocked, so you have to use myglobe gateway while retaining the nowmms message server settings.
