What are the major changes in these two software`s? I have R1B and got no problems with my phone. So why should I bother to upgrade? =)

If you have no problems, don't upgrade. I upgraded due to frequent crashes. Still crashes, but not as frequent...

How DO you upgrade in the first place? I'm planning on buying a T68 next week (when I'm in Europe, they're not selling it yet here in the US). So if the R2 software comes out, will I be able to upgrade? Can you do that online, or do you need to go to a vendor for that?

Upgrading can only be done at an authorized Ericsson service center. In Sweden thare are MANY of these (most large mobile stores have that possibility, at least in Sweden), but I guess We're a bit lucky when it comes to that...
