is this possible ?
i for example am afraid of going on rock concert with my p 800 and would like to have clon sim in other phone which is active if only sim in p 800 is inactive so that is impossible that both of them could be on line
has anyone seen that ?

Swisscom in Switzerland offer that service. Up to 4 sims for car, pda, friday night phone, and boat. It costs CHF 10 pm extra.

It is possible, However it is illegal. Some Service providers offer dual sim cards for use with car phones and normal phones. But wont work both at the same time. Also you may not receive sms messages with secondry sim card. SIM CLONING is the illegal option. Quite difficult to do and involves the ripping and cracking the kI codes on the sim and writing them to another sim with a card reader/writer. There is lots of information and a few applications on the net to do this. All you have to do is search. But it is dangerous because you can destroy your original sim card while trying to get the KI code and above all IT IS ILLEGAL !!!

It is just a bit cubersome from time to time since the network is not always on the fly aware which card should be the active one, and the P800 tends to get so confused it needs sometimes a power cycle before it is enabled for calling...
