is erix a mophun game? becoz since t300 only supports mophun platform games, it is only logical that erix is a mophon game. but the thing is (if im not wrong) t68i also supports erix. doesnt this mean that t68i actually can support mophun games and that se is only not letting t68i users to have the option to download mophun games.

Good point savvas. Never thought of it like that. The T300 will support mophun and \"ericsson\" games

There are two versions: firmware and mophun.
The T68i and early versions of T300 has it "built in" meaning you can't delete it, then someone realized that it's kinda dumb to have a permanent game on a phone that can download it instead...
So in later T300 firmwares it was gone but since erix is such a "classic" Ericsson game they ported it to mophun and there are in fact minor differences between the versions

The differences are actually substantial after the easy level. I can actually get through hard levels on the mophun version. Much more satisfying 2 play.

Yeah: I think it was called 'Qix', though (how do you pronouce that?Kix? Quix?) Before I have a rant about unashamed plagiarism, I should say I have friends who have played neither game but say that they have played something similar elsewhere, so the concept has probably been around for absolutely ages.
I can just about remember that the 'things-you-had-to-avoid' were called a "Qix" and looked more like a lightsaber strobe effect. They differed to the blobs/crosses in Erix in that they would grow in length, like in Snake, so making them harder and harder to dodge.
I've just dug out the box to my original Game Boy from 1989, as I know it has a picture from the game on the side of it. [Aside: probably influenced by Tron, this and many other console boxes around that time (including my Megadrive box) seemed to bear neon-edged, Virtual Reality-esque artwork on them. Wow - and, I've just noticed that it was all hand-drawn! We take Photoshop and CG renders for granted, nowadays...] Looking at the picture, I now recall that all the lines you traced out stayed on the screen, and that little spark-things moved along them, hunting you down.
