Using my T68i the other day, tried the link and it works! Hurrah about time too! Dunno about any other networks but O2 works for sure now. My T68i is now perfect

connecting using o2/Genie via wap to address as written in previous:

mobile.msn.com

note: use the Option button on your phone to get to the next screen when entering username/password data.

not sure if its just on the o2 network here in the UK but try clearing your data cache and make sure it says '.NET sign-in' otherwise your just connecting to the old page.
