People!!
My P800 (on its 3rd day) has just freezed on me. It switches on ok and logs onto the network fine (btw which is Orange UK).
However, some applications refuse to open such as Calendar, Control Panel and Phonebook.
Anyone have any ideas? The phone will also not shutdown. I have to take the battery out each time!!!!
Help!!

If the Master Reset didn't work don't waste you time ... flash the Firmware again

if that was my phone, on its 3rd day, with so many probs, i'd actually go to the shop where i bought it from and demand a replacement P800. Cause you have that right if its just after 3 days of usage.

well, if your work is selling phones, you should have known this already, instead of having to refer to a worldwide forum to get help

Hows this for unbelievable...
I have just had my p800 for about 1 month, not 1 problem with it.
Decided to get it flashed to the new firmware.
Service centre calls me today saying, that your phone is stuffed, we have been trying to revive it for the last week... as soon as we hit 95% it crashes, if problem persists and cannot be fixed in next 2 days, we will replace your phone with new one.
All i can say is yippee... thankgod i backed everything up!

Pray to do not be fixed, coz if it fixed you'll start getting 9 or 10 problems weekly
